These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and players ("Player", "you", "your") who access or use the 55atm website, mobile platform, applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the 55atm platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

55atm supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
• 55atm does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• 55atm reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier section of your account.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.

55atm offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to major cricket tournaments such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion detail page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that restrict their activity may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55atm platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of any applicable financial crime legislation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer or multi-player game environments.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 55atm staff or other players through any communication channel.

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 55atm takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.

55atm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

55atm implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body designated by 55atm's licensing authority. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
